It is easy and so yummy!

1 can cambells tomato soup
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup milk
basil
oregano
vegetable oil
(mozzarella cheese is optional)

heat 1 tbls of oil and then add the chicken breasts on the the stove top (fry). Cook breasts until they are browned and take them off (about 10 minutes, they don't need to be completely cooked all the way through yet)

drain the remaining grease and oils, then empty the can of tomato soup into the pan, and add the milk. Bring that to a boil and add the basil and oregano, just sprinkle it on to your hearts content (i usually put about 4 shakes of each in).

Once it's boiling, add the chicken to the mixture and simmer it (turn the heat down to about a 4) until the chicken is cooked thoroughly (takes about 10 minutes)
** If you want, you can simmer the chicken with the lid on the pan and the last 3 to 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on each breast and let it melt on, it is a nice touch**

this is great with corkscrew noodles, and add 4 spoonfuls of butter to make them butter noodles :) My husband loves it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8704476998505367281.post-17599345947671567702010-11-14T20:30:59.775-05:002010-11-14T20:30:59.775-05:00One of my favorite things to make is chicken pot p...One of my favorite things to make is chicken pot pie, from scratch. I just don't trust the store-bought pie crusts. They taste like cardboard to me. It's not the simplest recipe, but once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake. I have the recipe for the pie crust and the filling in my kitchen. I'd be happy to share if you actually want it. : ) The recipe is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser and my husband loves it so much he calls it his "man pie." lolScreech Owlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05064396954613655018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8704476998505367281.post-45392826487997867912010-11-14T18:49:22.734-05:002010-11-14T18:49:22.734-05:00Well I really like eating ribs with barbecue sauce...Well I really like eating ribs with barbecue sauce...so maybe you will like this :D

sounds good when i read it lol

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Hoot-n-Holler-Baby-Back-Pork-Ribs/Detail.aspxJenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13773987560931884476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8704476998505367281.post-46194022640549942652010-11-14T17:59:29.490-05:002010-11-14T17:59:29.490-05:00I have been a follower of yours for awhile but I w...I have been a follower of yours for awhile but I wanted to let you know that I just added your button to my blog over at http://mysometimescrazybutmostlyboringlife.blogspot.com/
Just wanted to let you know :)

As for a recipe umm...What about chicken, baked potato, and roasted broccoli?Mandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12063385194611609861noreply@blogger.com
