Facebook

Facebook is becoming a huge pain in my butt.

I don't know why people think it's ok to request me as a friend when I have either a) never heard of them before and/or b) never talk to them.

I lied. I know exactly why they do it. To be Facebook stalkers/creepers. What I don't get is why they think I would add them.

If I have never talked to someone before and they don't send me a message along with the request I know that they are just adding me to see my business since my page is completely private.

If someone requests me and sends a message along with it saying why they are adding me or where they know me from then I'd be more than happy to add them.

Does this happen to anyone else or do I just have a big magnet on my page? I wouldn't be so annoyed if it was every once in a while but I get at least 1 a day. It bugs me.

Facebook to me is something I use to keep in touch with family and friends. Not to keep track of people's lives because I have nothing better to do.


Ugh, so anyways, that was my facebook rant. Thank you Facebook, for showing me how creepy you allow our world to be.

Jacksonville area!!!

Anyone in the Jacksonville area want or need floor lamps?

I love them but I want to have to store as little as possible to make my life easier so they are yours if you want them. Only catch is you have to come to me since these wont fit in my tiny little car. 

Also, I have these little side tables too. 

Sorry that last pic is sideways. But they match the lamps. They aren't an actual set but the colors and designs match really well.

You can have them all I just want them out of my house so I have less to worry about when I move!

Crazy

I am 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow. My c section is 3 weeks away. That means in no more than 3 weeks but still possibly less we will have out little girl. It's unbelievable.
I'm in super nesting mode btw. And if anything in this doesn't make sense it's because auto correct hates me. It actually turns words like get into grrrrrr. Annoying.

Anyways, just a brain rant.

Baby things!

First of all my c section is scheduled for March 2nd. So not technically the same month, but since this month is short anyways I count it haha. I'm excited :-)

Secondly, here is a picture of Abigail's beautiful crib.

Thirdly, how awesome is it to know people who have kids already and are willing to give you all of their baby things?? This crib came from my Uncle. It's so unique I'm in love with it. I spent literally hours at my old bosses house tonight going through all of her baby things. She gave me a Chicco travel system, a play mat, TONS and I mean TONS of bottles and bottle supplies, safety items for the house, teething toys, soooo many other things and lastly my favorite gift anyone could give me... the super expensive Medula In Style double electric breast pump!!! Anyone with a baby or pregnant knows that this thing costs around $350. RIDICULOUS!! But sooo worth it. And I didn't just get the usual one with the black carrying case. I got this BEAUTIFUL limited edition one that comes with a plum colored carrying case!! Not only my favorite color in the entire world but also wonderful because it doesn't look like you're carrying a breast pump more like just another purse. 

I am so thankful for everything she has given me. She is such a wonderful person. She also gave me a huge container of Arnold Palmer drink mix which is my one and only extreme addiction. Soo in love. 

There is no better feeling than knowing that people want to help you out. I am so thankful and appreciative. So much stress is lifted from my mind because of her. 

Her little girl Bella was sitting in the stroller when I got there but she got out and told me "This is for you. It was mine." Soooo adorable!! 

I wish everyone in the world could be as caring and wonderful as this family. The world would be such a better place.

Belly bulge

Sometimes I wonder if I have 2 babies in my belly. I know I have 2 uteruses so that's probably the reason for my belly bulges.

I should probably explain. Sometimes my belly has 2 huge bulges. One is upper right side and one is bottom left (according to me looking down). When they harden it looks like a huge wave in my belly. It's hard to explain but it looks strange lol.

I know that Abigail is in my right uterus and therefore that is where it mainly bulges out when I have a contraction so I don't understand the 2nd bulge. Hence my worries about a second baby they haven't discovered. JK lol. They have looked at my second uterus many times in multiple ultra sounds so I'm positive they would have seen a second baby by now lol.

All I can think is that my second uterus contracts too even though it has no need to.

It's strange that's for sure. Good thing I have my next appointment tomorrow!! I can ask about it and we are scheduling my c section!!

As in TOMORROW we get to find out when Abigail is going to join us! :-) YAY!!

February!

I cannot believe that it's February! That means that Abigail Yvonne Sykes will be joining us sometime THIS MONTH!!

We still aren't sure when that will be but hopefully this Friday we will schedule our c section and then finally have a date! As long as she doesn't decide she wants to come before that date. Which is why I am going to push for week 37 instead of 39.

All my doctor said was that she wanted to plan it for week 39 because she was HOPING that I would make it that far. That doesn't make me comfortable in the slightest.

I would prefer to have my c section planned for the perfect time. Meaning she should be fully developed and yet we are doing it early enough so there wont be a chance of me going into labor and causing complications.

I suppose no matter when it is though it's still fantastic to be able to say that we are going to become parents THIS MONTH!! Now lets just hope time goes by fast and this discomfort eases up a little.

OH! And congratulations to one of my girlfriends Rachel Dennis and her husband Joshua for welcoming their brand new baby girl Chloe Grace into the world today! I'm so proud of you girl! She is a beautiful baby!

Now it's our turn!! hehe.
